If a caller says it's urgent, Petra lets them know the fastest way to reach you (like "I'd recommend trying back in about an hour, or I can schedule a callback for the earliest available time"). She won't triage emergencies — she'll always direct them back to you. You can also set up a fallback number for urgent calls in your settings.
Yes! On the Pro plan and above, you can customize the greeting. Want her to say "Thanks for calling Valley Dental" instead of your Agent Petra number? Done. You can also set your available callback hours, preferred time slots, and how far out to offer callbacks. The AI tier lets you provide business information so Petra can answer basic questions, too.
